Q. What is webspace and bandwidth and how do I measure it?

Q. Can you edit a piece of digital film for me even although I do not have a website?
A. We would be delighted to help in anyway we can. If you have a piece of film on a digital card then we can open it in our digital film studio with one of our digital card readers, cut, clip and add text, transitions, etc. Your file can then be put on a DVD /CD in whichever format you choose. Formats we have available include:- DVD for television, DVD for widescreen, DVD for computer only, CD (audio only) and/or video/audio inlay for websites (excerpts) and small file excerpts for utube. Other formats may be available. All enquiries are very welcome.
Q. Can you print my name on my DVD?
A. Yes we can. Our DVDs can be personalised with colours, photographs and text. If it is a company DVD then we can add your logos and any other information. (sample available).
Q. Can you print my digital photos for me?
A. Yes we can, we have a variety of digital photo card readers and offer full colour print for photos and or other media in gloss or matt - up to A3+ size (dependent on file size) inhouse. very quickly. Larger formats can also be dealt with but may take a bit longer.
Q. Can you scan photographs for me?
A. Certainly, as long as you have copyright, we would be happy to help.
Q. Do you offer loyalty awards?
A. Yes we do, if you use our services in one area this may entitle you to discounts in another area.
Q. How long have you been trading?
A. We originally opened a Secretarial and Print Shop in Edinburgh in 1996 to assist small businesses (whereupon we set up our very first website) a copy of which we still have on CD (if you would like to view it please give us a call and we will send you a copy). Our expertise was however called upon by larger and corporate companies regularly. Although the shop was closed several years later due to increasing overheads and a change in the parking laws, the service continued (albeit sometimes on a part-time and ad hoq basis as our expertise was often called upon to assist in all manner of project management in offices outside our own).
Q. If something goes wrong with my website how long does it take to fix it?
A. If we set your website up for you it is unlikely anything will go wrong, but in the unlikelihood that it does, within 24 hrs (unless it is an internet problem at large of which we have no control).
